The Photographs
Your Web Advertisement will include a photo of your business. If you are in the lodging or resort category your photos will include interior, exterior and a facility photo. If you have photos on an existing website we can take them from there. If not, we can take a color photo with our digital cameras, or you can give us a good copy of a photo that you have on file.

The photo is very important. A traveler will make a decision to buy from a photo because it gives them the assurance that “what they see is what they get.” So, make sure your photo is clear and colorful and inviting.

The Summary or Review
Here is our chance to convince the traveler to visit your business. Include unique attributes, your specialty and favorite products and services, your location, historical significance and atmosphere, anything that makes your business special. In addition, include important information like: air conditioned, private baths, television, cable, guide book listing, your days and hours of operation, holidays or times when you may be closed, credit cards accepted, handicap accessible, and if you can cater to large groups.

IMPORTANT! You must also list all FREE services you ordinarily give to customers, i.e. Continental Breakfast, Full Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Local Calls, Coffee in the Room, Parking, Shuttles. Different countries offer hotel services differently - some offer per room rates, some per person rates, some full board and some no meals. It is important to assume the customer knows nothing. No one will know if you don't tell them! Say it all - be explicit. For example Free Continental Breakfast Buffet, FREE shuttle to/from the Airport, Children stay Free in Parents Rooms, Two FREE drinks with cover charge, etc.
