ELIGIBILITY
Tweet Yourself to Las Vegas Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal U.S. residents currently residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 21 years old at the date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of DestinationCoupons.com or any of its parents, franchisees, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, web site providers, web masters, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. All entrants must have access to the Internet prior to the start of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners. You may submit up to three (3) entries (including additional entries described above) only once during the Sweepstakes Period.

Entries must be submitted by the participant. Use of automated entries or programs or entries submitted by third parties is prohibited and will be disqualified. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses or any other method will void all of that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. All entries become the property of Sponsor when submitted and will not be returned to entrant. Normal Internet, phone and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant or participant. PRIZES AND PRIZE RESTRICTIONS
The Sponsor will give away one (1) Vacation Package. Limit one prize per person or entry. Vacation trip must be completed by May 31, 2010 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no compensation given. Vacation Package prize includes round-trip transportation to/from McCarran Airport, Las Vegas, two nights of double occupancy accommodations at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino Las Vegas, dinner for two at Strip House or Koi, and two tickets to either America's Got Talent or Peepshow. Scheduling of transportation and accommodations are subject to availability; blackout periods may apply. Meals are subject to dollar limitations. Sponsor may satisfy its prize delivery obligations through delivery of gift certificates, vouchers and passes for the vacation package components. All vouchers, gift certificates and passes are subject to any and all restrictions stated on thereon. Verifiable retail value of this Vacation Package is $400.  Any difference between that verifiable retail value and the actual costs of the prize will not be awarded.

Winner is solely responsible for any and all Federal, state and local taxes and fees assessed as a result of the prize and for all travel costs and charges not included in the Vacation Package or exceeding applicable limitations, including, but not limited to, non-covered meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, travel fees, surcharges, and any other travel-related costs. Prizes may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or any one or more components of a prize with a prize or component of equal or greater value.

In the event a Winner and/or guest engages in behavior during travel that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the travel early, and send Winner and/or guest home with no further obligations or compensation whatsoever to Winner and/or guest (which may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, result in such Winner’s disqualification from the Contest and forfeiture of any (and/or all) prize(s). In the event Winner or guest engages in behavior during travel that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is illegal, tortuous, or subjects Winner or guest to arrest or detention, Sponsor shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgments or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever incurred by Winner or guest as a result of such conduct. SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANY TRAVEL RELATED TO THE PRIZE OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF PRIZE WINNER’S OR GUEST’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE.

DRAWING AND ODDS
On or about January 3, 2010, the Sponsor’s representatives will conduct a drawing through which one winner per Vacation Package prize will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received in accordance with these rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of qualified entries submitted.

NOTIFICATION
The winners will be notified by email, twitter and/or facebook. To claim the prize, the winner must: (1) respond as directed within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt; and (2) return to Sponsor, by the date and in the manner Sponsor directs in writing, Except where prohibited, each potential winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (the “Affidavit/Release”) within seven (7) days of being notified. If the potential winner fails to sign and return the Affidavit/Release within the required time period, or is unavailable to accept the prize within the time period specified by Sponsor, that potential winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and an alternate potential winner will be selected in his/her place in a random drawing from all eligible entries received within seven (7) days of the date the potential winner is determined to be ineligible. Noncompliance with the foregoing, failure to abide by these Official Rules, or return of the prize notification as non-deliverable may result in disqualification and naming of an alternate potential winner. Up to two alternate winner drawings will be held, after which any remaining prizes will remain un-awarded.

If for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process (if applicable), and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prize using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the termination/suspension date. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
