for its fine Ottoman cuisine based on authentic recipes
retrieved by a dedicated staff from palace archives. The menu
features dishes originally prepared for the sumptuous celebration
feast given for Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent's sons in 1539.
In addition to the cuisine, the ambiance is also ancient world.
Antique Ottoman art and furnishings grace the restaurant and
take you back centuries to when the Sultans of the Ottoman
Empire ruled the world. In summer, a beautiful garden setting
will inspire your imagination. Asitane is a must. We guarantee a unique and
unforgettable evening.

Serving lunch and dinner everyday. Asitane offers inside
seating for 120 people and garden seating for 125. They can accommodate large
groups
with prior reservations. Asitane accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Cash.
Location
Kariye Hotel, just a
short scenic cab ride along the Golden Horn. It is located next
to the Kariye Museum famous for it's colorful Byzantine mosaics.
