Welcome to the The Queen Ada,
an elegant beachfront oasis -

this peaceful seaside spot as a place of contemplation, transforming
an existing temple into an extensive monastery.
The manicured lawns, backed by the ruins of an old
Byzantine chapel and
monastery, extend practically to the pebbly water line
where the azure waters of Torba Bay are as serene as
a lake.

With only twenty one sumptuous bedrooms and one suite, this
exclusive boutique hotel offers stunning, minimalist furnished
rooms that are both elegant and comfortable. Bi-level
stone buildings house the guest rooms, all with access to the
outdoors via a patio or balcony.
All spacious rooms have rustic wooden floors,

set-up, individually controlled air conditioning, internet

Choosing between the swimming
pool and the limpid azure sea is as stressful as it gets at the
Queen Ada. If watching the fish beneath the jetty is not enough, you
can enjoy snorkeling off the rocky headland, or set off in a sailing
boat to explore the beautiful shoreline.

settees, and a thatch-roof bar are sparse additions to the grounds,
which include a waterside raised swimming pool not far from the
monastery ruins. Beach bar is a delightful choice for relaxing,
socializing or taking in the picturesque panorama.
A gastronomic candle-lit dinner by the sea offers
a variety of creative Turkish Aegean cuisine with
fresh local fish and tempting dishes from afar. The wine selection
has been chosen carefully from Turkey and abroad. Friendly informal lunches
are the setting for local and regional specialties. Breakfast consists of
the fresh
fruits and juices, thick rich yoghurt, olives,
cheeses, succulent tomatoes, homemade jams and honey
from the hills.
