If ordering from the USA and
Canada
Orders received before midnight Eastern Time Sunday-Thursday will be
shipped
the following day. Orders received after midnight Eastern Time on
Thursday
or on Friday and Saturday will be shipped on Monday. Saturday,
Sunday and
Holidays do not count as shipping days for FedEx.
Someone must be present at time of delivery to sign for your FedEx
package.
There will be a $2.00 handling fee per CityPass (maximum of $10.00
per order). ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If ordering
from outside the USA and Canada
For shipments going to the UK, orders
placed by 11:00am (UK Time) (Monday - Friday) will be shipped the
same day and after will ship the following day. Orders placed after
11:00 am UK Time on Friday & orders placed on Saturday and Sunday
will be shipped the following Monday. Do not count Saturday, Sunday
or Holidays as shipping days.
Other International Orders:
We encourage all international purchasers to purchase your tickets
at any of the participating attractions upon arrival in the city you
are visiting. You may also have your booklets shipped to the US
hotel where you will be staying to coincide with your arrival date.
Specific instructions on how to have your order shipped to your
hotel will show in the check out screen when you check the "hotel"
box before inputting the address.
